Returns & Refunds

Every Mizan piece is curated, inspected and dispatched with complete confidence in its quality. In the rare event that something is not right we will make it right — without ambiguity and without delay.

Damaged On Arrival If your piece arrives damaged please photograph the damage immediately upon opening — before moving or placing the rug. Contact us at concierge@mizanrugs.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with your photographs and order details. We will arrange a full replacement or refund promptly.

Lost In Transit In the extremely unlikely event your piece does not arrive within the stated delivery window please contact us at concierge@mizanrugs.co.uk and we will investigate immediately with our logistics partner and provide a full resolution.

Change Of Mind Returns We understand that a piece of this significance deserves careful consideration. If for any reason you wish to return your Mizan piece:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at concierge@mizanrugs.co.uk
  • The piece must be returned in its original condition — unused, undamaged and in its original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns
  • A full refund will be issued within 5 business days of the returned piece being received and inspected

Non-Returnable Items Any piece that has been used, placed on a floor, altered or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted for return.
