Every Mizan piece makes a journey worthy of what it carries.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. Once your piece has been dispatched you will receive a full tracking number allowing you to follow its journey directly to your door.

Delivery Timeframe 4-12 business days from dispatch to delivery anywhere in the United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs All shipping costs are included in the price of every Mizan piece. There are no additional charges at checkout.

Duties & Taxes All Mizan pieces are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. This means every import duty, tax and customs clearance fee is handled entirely on your behalf. There is nothing further to pay upon delivery. Your piece arrives at your door completely free of any additional charges or customs surprises.

Tracking Full end to end tracking is provided on every shipment. You will receive your tracking information by email once your piece is dispatched. Packaging Every Mizan piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your piece arrives with any damage to the outer packaging please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.
